Cats a nation lovable pet. But they have no right when it comes down to their welfare. If you hit a cat with a car you have no legal lobigation to stop and report it, nor help it. If you hit a dog you have to stop and report it and you can be fined! This peition is to help cats in need, the RSPCA is ment to be there for animals, CATS are animals, They wont come out for a 'Healthy animal', but with that nelecgt then the cat that was once healthy is more bound to end up not healthy. Its only common sense and love for animals that do not ask to be there in this world, we have created these 'pets'.
