We need to have cats removed from the new bi-law that was just passed (marginally) by our elected officials in City Hall. What a waste of our hard earned money. They need to put their time, energy, and money into keeping our streets safe, providing affordable housing, feeding the hungry, fixing the roads so our vehicles are not ruined. This bi-law is certainly not enforceable and is setting the scene for cats to be tortured in cages and many will be killed. How cruel!
