| 144 | William Fehr | If the insurance rates go up again next year, I will be forced to sell my house in Miami Beach & leave the state after almost 17 years here. I would be devastated as I have established a "family" of friends here and am sickened at the prospect of starting over somewhere else at 46 years old, but I have no choice. It comes down to paying the mortgage or paying insurance - I simply can't do both, and I am a professional making a decent salary. I don't know how people with families are getting by. Please help us. |
