We, the residents and citizens of Fall River and its surrounding communities, do hereby demand of the Fall River Mayor, City Council, Redevelopment Authority, and Fall River Office of Economic Development to perform an independent, third-party, non-partisan Cost verses Benefit Analysis of a potential casino within the city limits of Fall River, Massachusetts, and to duly publish any and all results in a timely and well broadcasted manner, IMMEDIATELY.
