There is nothing less than $230,000,less than 5 yrs old, available for sale in Valley County.
My company is trying to develop a 39 unit townhouse development in Cascade & we intent to construct 3BR 2 1/2 BA 2 1/2 Garage Townhouses
We intend to sale a minimum of 50% of these townhouses for $169,900 or less which is $60,000 less than the nearest price product.
These will be 100% ownership and non deed restricted. So they are just like any normal purchase.
For some unknown reason, we are meeting unreasonable opposition to doing something everyone I speak to says they want
We are following ALL the city regulations about the development of our property; however we continue to be told we can not even do what the city regulations say we can do with our own property. This is illegal.
We are headed back to meet with the planning and zoning dept of Cascade in March and are collecting these petitions online & on foot.
We feel with your support, we will be able to finally get the approvals we need to move forward.
