Name: Scott Faisal on Oct 7, 2008Comments: I was harassed by the board when I opted to disagree with them on selling/renting of the common areas. The common areas belong to everyone and this is what I told the board. Right after that I was threatened wrongfully that my unit was condemned by the city and that I need to evict immediately. I also received a written warning that I need to remove the bicycle in front of my unit as it violated the common space bylaws. I was also threatened that because I questioned him, I should watch out while driving the car in the complex as I may get ticketed by the constables. I have this conversation recorded on tape for anyone that dares to call this a mere accusation.Flag

Name: Chris Stanley on Oct 8, 2008Comments: I agree that things seem odd around here. Some of the accusations listed here I have not witnessed and remain a lot of "hearsay" but I think its time for the community of Casa Blanca to come together to solve the issues at hand. And for those of you that have not paid your dues, this problem started with YOU. Those that allowed the drug deals to reside in your units, YOU are the other part of the problem. I will say that I am pleased with the quality of people that now live on the property and I know Scott Streit is directly responsible for that. I have lived on this property for 8 years and can honestly say that it has NEVER looked better. But I agree that we need to see where the money is going and where the money from the ASSESSMENT went. I do not want to be part of a law suit that I had nothing to do with. All I want is to live in a nice, quiet, safe community that will start to increase in value. PAY YOUR DUES PEOPLE!!! If you are behind in your HOA monthly dues you should be the ones held responsible for this mess. Feel free to call me if you would like to discuss any of these points that I have made. 972-571-2572Flag

I was inside the apartment of a person, resident when she was getting treatening leatters attached to the door. I have seen people getting parking tickets for just stoping by picking up the mail on their way home. I have witnesed when I was buying new furniture if I was saling my place. It is imposible to get hold of somebody from HOA. Takes 3 days to call back, but they do expect us to pay the dues on time. Special assesment, Special Assesment, Special Assesment. How many we are going to have!!! How many are alowed to have by state lawsFlag

Name: Anonymous on Oct 13, 2008Comments: There have been alot of promises and changes. Regarding the promises I have seen fruitless actions. Scott Streit is running Casa Blanca Condominums like his OWN apartment complex. I have lived in an apartment complex that bore the name of a Condominium community. I fear that the board is going to accomplish the same here at Casa Blanca.Flag

Name: Nadin on Jun 30, 2012Comments: If we are allowed the to learn the 6.5 with the optoin to update to the Win7 where would the problem be with that. I believe as in everything there always bugs needing to be worked out. Concider, have all the bugs been worked out of 6.5 let alone the Win 7. Think about it. I know many more intelligent than I who will agree & disagree with me but common sence will bring us all into agreement, we should have a choice, not a monopoly.Flag

Name: Estrellita on Jul 1, 2012Comments: Whats all this big deal about Hardware etc etc. Why not have phones optaere the same way Laptops optaere. If I can push Win7 to a 256 mb RAM, 40gig Laptop, why not have the same flexibility with Phones? If it wont work as smooth as it should on certain specs then let it be up to the customer to upgrade the Hardware rather than force hardware on people .my 2 cents .Flag

Name: Jose on Jul 3, 2012Comments: Our state tax, local tax, and property tax are out of cortnol. If something is not done, more people will leave IL (that includes my family) and you will have even less revenue to collect. Our state has a bad name, bad credit, and a history of criminal activity in elected officials. The people in this state are suffering so enough is enough you need to focus on spending reform, not taxing the crap out of your residents. If our state is NO better off today than one year ago, you need to repeal this tax hike and find another way to solve our state's problems (spending reform).Flag

Name: Himanshi on Nov 30, 2012Comments: Technically, in a vacuum, the big mrkeat owners are losing more. They have these arenas with higher property costs, taxes, etc. so they are losing more. Looking at the whole picture though, the small mrkeat owners are, because the big guys can still fill their arenas with concerts and what not, and tend to have more money in the bank. And it's a vicious cycle; the rich get richer because they can afford the best players that bring in big bucks.Flag
