We are concerned homeowners that have come together in an effort to address the current situation at Casa Blanca Condominiums. As you already know, our Home Owners Association (HOA) is managed by Equistar Management Company and Larry Wiley chosen by Casa Blanca HOA board President Scott Streit along with the HOA board members comprised mostly of his immediate family. 1). Dramatic increases in monthly home owners dues 2). Multiple assessments imposed on the owners within a very short period of time without a vote or copies of financials and proposals to justify the "emergency code violations". 3). Lack of complete financial statements showing exactly where the monthly dues is going along with the assessments fees. 4). Use of scare tactics by the board president. Numerous owners feel that if they do not agree with Mr. Scott Streit that they will be threatened and harassed by him and foreclosed on with trumped up fines and fees and so far his intimidation tactics have worked because he has not been made accountable. 5). Proposed sale/lease of common areas. 6). Moving too fast on many of these decisions without properly contacting owners is wrong and violates our rights 7). Missing bank statements for Equistar 8). Meaningless allocation of resources.
