Comments: Any reasonable person can see clearly that Cynthia Sommer was wrongfuly convicted. In the interest of Justice, the Honorable Judge Deddeh needs to set the conviction aside

Comments: As watching the trial on CourtTV I never heard one bit of evidence Cynthia ever sought after, purchased, owned, or gave her husband arsenic. Just because they couldn't find or think of anyone else, this does not prove that Cynthia could have or would have!

Comments: The state did not prove it's case against Cynthia Sommer. I was truly shocked when the guilty verdict was announced and felt so badly for Cynthia. I believe a new trial is in order and hope the best for Cynthia!

Comments: I watched the whole trial and was very sad that she was convicted. She is no angel but not someone that would murder her husband. God Bless Cindy and her children!!

Comments: Prosecution's burden of proof was not met. It's that simple. This is not the way our system should work.

Comments: I truly feel that Cynthia Sommer should be released. The evidence is just not there! The jury did not understand the science. Scientists are outraged at this verdict.

Comments: FREE CINDY!!!!! THIS IS OUTRAGES!! Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty Cindy is guilty of mourning her husbands death the only way she knew how. The way she coped with losing her husband and the father of her children was not acceptable to the 12 jurors. This is could happen to any of us!
