Dear Mr. Lohman,

We are writing to you upon the notification received from the Office of Inspector General (OIG) through Ms. Pamela Young - OIG Hotline Staff - stating the following: "The OIG has reviewed your complaint and we have determined that the appropriate office to address your concerns is the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs (NEA), Executive Office. Your information has been forwarded to that office for action, reference number H20140528. OIG requested that the Executive Office contact you directly for follow up and to gather any additional information needed."

Accordingly, we urge you to carry out all necessary investigations against the illegal behavior conducted by all MEPI officials in the U.S. and Lebanon involved in CORRUPTION. This offensive act is characterized by unlawful practices and flagrant fraud cover-up detected during the implementation of the Federal Grant #S-NEAPI-11-CA-351.

Your immediate action is the path to truth, accountability and justice and the only way to erase the shameful traces of this abominable precedent which badly marked the values of MEPI and greatly defeated the noble purpose we have all worked for.
