Helen Jones | There are enough costs affecting people's road into further education. Something as simple as carparking costs shouldn't result in students giving up or not entering further education at all.

Anonymous | It is my opinion that students that own a car and drive to college should be given a free parking ticket that will only apply to the college car park during the term periods and when it is necessary to attend college as the prices in the car park have caused students and teachers to park on roads blocking traffic causing nothing short of chaos that could be amended simply by issuing free parking to students. since the car park is the ideal area for students to park the road near the college will be vacated allowing traffic to flow easier, and not just the road but the small car parks in the surrounding area allowing residents of these local areas to have peace from the constant flow of moving car's throughout the day and the evening.

Anonymous | i think that students should be able to get subsidised parking whilst they are using the college facilities. it now costs me £12.00 a week to park my car in the college car park during my class time

| 13 | Bill John | The fact that college students are expected to pay for parking is shambolic and an outrage to modern human rights. It eats away at my soul down to the very core.
As it is I am barely earning any money to support myself. I work for 1.30 an hour at my local potato store, and for WHAT?! To have some lousy council MP tell me I have to spend it all on parking my Reliant Robin outside the doors of the college my parents can just about pay for me to attend! You are filth! I spit in the face of filth! |
rebecca Powles | absolutely ridiculous high prices for parking. i dont know how it is justified. where does the money go?

Amy Broome | I think it is necessary to cut the fees again by half, as I do not have a hugh income and need to better myself by going to the College, I think that there should be some sort of ID card for us student to display on our dashboards so that we don't have to pay for parking

Anonymous | The parking should be there to help the students with their studies. Not to deter them.

claire morgan | the price rise is terrible
Anonymous | I work for the coucil and just passed my driving test, I think there should be a reduced price for students and coucil workers alike because the price the council employees pay is too much I think
Nicholas Wheeler | Shocking that I have already paid petrol to come to uni but now I have to pay to park as well
mark anthony rees | merthyr tydfil council screw enough money out of people, perhaps they could ask donnie osmond for a contribution for the college car parking, seeing as he ruined pandy pitch in cyfartha park with his home coming concert.!!! what???
