The petition

A New Caribbean Pro Basketball League "The Atlantic International Basketball Association" is coming to an island near you beginning in the Spring of 2008. The league will consist of 4 components:

1. A Pro League
2. A Premier Development League
3. A Super Y(youth) League
4. A Women's Development league.

Strong emphasis will be placed on providing exposure to unrecognized Caribbean and Foreign athletes through the A.I.B.A's relationship with the NBA and European basketball leagues. The A.I.B.A. will focus on creating a strong grassroots youth sports & leadership development program, while impacting tourism in the Caribbean islands through an alternate means of quality and exciting professional sports entertainment.

If one is interested in bringing professional basketball to one's native island, we are soliciting 1000 persons who can show their support by signing up as potential season ticket holders for the Caribbean team of their choice. There is no financial obligation required at this time. Now is the time to embrace this exciting opportunity that will pave the way for Caribbean youth to benefit from the numerous college scholarships available from USA Colleges through the AIBA Super Y League Programs.

Visit www.aibabasketball.com for more information on how to show your support. Now is the time to "Catch the Waves and Experience the Atlantic International Basketball Association"...a league a world apart!
