Car pollution, is often neglected. Most people do not realize how much car pollution affects our environment. Vehicles are a major pollution contributor, They produce huge amounts of nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, and lots more pollution. Car pollution lowers the quality of air with leads to more health risks and increases respiratory ailments like asthma and bronchitis. Poor air quality also causes a heightened risk of life-threatening diseases such as cancer. Our goal as students from Ms.Handschuh AP Environmental Science class to to make people aware of what is going on with the Environment and how we can change it. Some of the things you can do to help reduce Car pollution is by doing a few following thing: decreasing your use of a car, riding a bike or walking to your destination if possible, Ride Public transportation, Keep your car in good condition and lastly Driving an electric car. Even the smallest thing you do can help the air quality and also can reduce the car pollution that is emitted.
