Left lanes on all interstates should have a 90 mph speed limit. This increase shall be for anyone that is willing to drive up to 90 mph, must stay in left lane. Minimum speed for the left lane should be 80mph. middle and right lane traffic should stay the same. Many times driving on I 95 through the Carolinas and Georgia in the middle of the night there is hardly any traffic. Doing the current 70 mph is very difficult. I believe by increasing the speed limit to 90 mph will cut down on accidents as those experience drivers would stay in the left lane leaving the middle and right lanes to those that are not to sure of themselves.
