Comments: A good idea that would help not just those who are hearing impaired but also those who have english as a second language.

Comments: Hi, I talked one of staff at Hallmark Channel last month. She said that the closed captioned will be on Dr Quinn on March 3rd. Which nothing is on ever since. I am upset about it. Dr Quinn and some of movie in Hallmark are my favorite. Please find out what is going on. Thank You.

Comments: I think this is an excellent idea. I teach English as a Second Language in Israel and many of my students find it difficult to understand by listening; but if they could read what's being said, it would be most helpful to them.

Comments: Even those who are hearing and have fluency benefit - I like closed captioning when (1) the kids are asleep, (2) the kids are too noisy for me to hear!, (3) the dialogue is muffled/garbled and I want to read what they said (relevant for TiVO viewers). And I'm surprised more advertisers don't provide it, with so many of us hitting the mute button. (Not that I particularly care for ads!)
