Sec.4.01 Mayor and City Council there shall be a City Council of seven(7) member and a mayor.The council shall be nominated by the qualified electors as provided herein this Article 1V an in Article V!!!. There shall be one(1) Council member elected from each district by the qualified electors of the City.
