For months now I have suffered little or no cell phone service from Orange in Ventnor on the Isle of Wight. Despite several requests Orange have firmly stated that they have no intention of remedying the problem. They have two masts here and have no intention of adding any others or boosting the signal from the existing masts. This petition is their last chance to make a commitment to their customers to rectify the situation. Why should Orange customers pay for a service that they are not receiving So Orange, unless you do start to provide a proper, regular, worthwhile service on which we can rely, we will have to seek another provider who can.
