CaniX UK petition against actions of the ECF
The Petition
We the undersigned DO NOT agree with:
1. The shortcomings and irregularities alleged by the ECF against the UK Federation (stewards & volunteers from the CaniX UK membership, Doctors & First Aiders, Vets, performances from England, Scotland, Wales & Ireland, local dignitaries & The Queen's representative, sponsors and Richard & Eileen Cook) regarding the 2012 ECF European Championship in Cirencester.
2. The action taken by the ECF to ban CaniX UK, Richard & Eileen Cook and the CaniX Technical Committee based on the above which were unfounded, refuted by CaniX UK and did not follow due process.
3. The percentage stated by the ECF in the count of the secret vote. The correct figure is 56% (9 out of 16 nations). ECF Statutes state a vote needs to have a majority of two thirds to be carried.
As a result, we demand the ECF reinstate CaniX UK as a member of the the ECF representing the UK as the UK Federation.
