Please sign this petiton to get this law passed in Utah. It is cruel to leave a dog on a leash 24/7. Dogs need love and attention. It is sad because a dog/animal can't tell you how he feels. I see a dog in my neighborhood tied up everyday, and I can't stand by and do nothing anymore. Please help. With enough people who care maybe our voice with be heard.
