We are requesting that Novare Group and its Property Management Company cancel their contract with Castle Parking Solution because of illegal and unprofessional booting and towing practices. As residents of TCP, we expect to receive professional and courtesy treatment from Novare and its contractors. This is not happening with Castle Parking Solutions.
