Also, it may be time to look into a proper seat on the board for the supporters in which a vehicle can be set up with sole aim and purpose of buying equity in the club (with voting rights - say 13%). At least this would end the secrecy that leads the libelous statements that continue to be posted on message boards...Flag

Name: Jane Markland on Nov 12, 2008Comments: Most of all I want to have the pride restored in our wonderful club - the pride our players used to show when pulling on our shirt. The pride which was passed down from father to son, mother to daughter. Pride, despite a loss, there was always pride saying you were "City till I die" I am quite happy to give more money for my season ticket, or to buy more shares. Please help restore our club and return it to the fans.Flag

Name: Will Howorth on Nov 12, 2008Comments: Unfortunately football has completely lost its soul to money. And just like every other side in the country we need to improve the finances of our great club. The one thing i would say however is that we have an excellent catchment area, great facilities, truly are a family club and have always played good attractive football. Now, this may not be high on the agenda of an investor, but the fact that our great club (and to a lesser extent that blue lot down the road) have always been famous nationwide for playing good, flowing, passing football. We are not a dirty team, nor do we have dirty fans nor any bad reputation to speak of. We are a team of pride, passion and integrity. So in short, an investor who will set-up a scouting network to be proud of, install a manager who can motivate and play beautiful football and who would enjoy living in the only place worth living in the whole of the UK is what we are after..... Forget the media spin of the likes of Newcastle......their supporters are the very definition of fickle...... OTBCFlag
