   Comments: my son has always enjoyed and appreciated his time at camp wapello. i think it would be very sad to close it. many children would be unable to travel as far as boone to go to camp. also there is great family participation at wapello, because it is so close to home.

    Comments: We have been Camp Wapello go-ers for 8 + years and truly love the camp. My oldest son has been waiting his entire scouting career to be on staff at Wapello- now that he is eligible, he is devastated at the thought of not being there. We LOVE Camp Wapello!
