    Comments: It seems particularly odd to pursue a change that has support from only a very small minority of local residents when it will reduce access to the river and environs to those with mobility and other issues, those whom I would think the Council would want to help in access the river.

    Comments: It would mean that the whole of the waterfront in Kingston (other than the car park under railway bridge) would be inaccessible to vehicles. It would affect boat owners wishing to use the slipway at Canbury Park.

    Comments: I support a Kingston charity, coming from North London once a week or so through the summer. Commercial parking rates for 8 hours or more each time are impossible for me (retired); Lower Ham Road is the only option and I hope that this short strip of sanity in the parking madness can be saved.
