BUT the offences were before 2003, and this comes to light after the NEW 2003 CRIMINAL JUSTICE BILL, then the Police and C.P.S can enact on this evidence and can Act on ANY law in the 2003 Justice Bill that is relevant to the Individual case.

It means that if you were Groomed and or Sexualy assaulted before 2003 and come forward to the police NOW they cannot use the new laws in place

This is a loophole that needs closing BUT at the moment is allowing PEADIOPHILES to go free

Brave victims who have suffered in silence for years who come forward cannot be helped by the Laws we have in place Now, I myself are one of those victims suffering and when i told the police to my horror nothing could be done.
