    Comments: Our 23 year old son has CF. He has a friend with CF who is already benefitting hugely from this drug. He does not carry the particular gene that will respond to the drug, but new advances may make it more widely available to other gene mutations. It will radically improve the quality of the lives of people with CF and enable them to remain out of hospital and lead fulfilling lives as they so deserve to have.
