I propose the following reforms to our campaign systems and structure of government: Limit presidential campaigns to no more than $10 Million, no outside (i.e. PACs) funding; only citizen funding, and the max that any one citizen can contribute is $10. Force all media companies to provide, free of charge (or at deep discount) 30 minutes a month to each major candidate. Eliminate lobbyists or sharply curtail their activities on Capitol Hill.
