We produced a really good plan after a great deal of discussion and consultation for a school which would truly have made a difference to the teaching and learning for the students who have to currently work in very poor conditions. I think it is outrageous that the government simply chooses to ignore all the work done on their behalf - either free of chargeor at the expense of the schools themselves - and just nastily makes a sweeping announcement via the media about the programme being cut., without any acknowledgement of the work undertaken so far by a huge number of people.
