Comments: Byddai cael ei anhrydeddu gan ei genedl yn deilwng o'r cof am Grav. Byddai rhwystro URC gyfleu Cymru fel teyrnas fach etifedd Coron Lloegr, yn ei wneud yn ddwywaith mwy balch. Honouring Grav in this way, by his beloved nation, is such a fitting tribute. Stopping the WRU portraying Wales as the little kingdom of the second in line to the English Crown would make Grav twice as happy.

Comments: What does Prince William mean to the Welsh people - Nothing, except to remind us of our subjugation. What does Ray Gravell mean to us - An inspiring example; everything that we should and can be.

Comments: The Prinz Wilhelm Cup was a calculated insult to the nation by a self-serving, Masonic-Unionist clique whose forerunners gave us the ludicrous feather duster on the national shirt and rejected Carwyn James as national coach because he was 'too Welsh'. There should be no place for such embarrassing servility in the modern Wales.

Comments: A great Welsh rugby player - the name Ray Gravell symbolises all that the cup should honour. Supporters of Welsh rugby deserve no less than this - a cup that reflects the values of a much loved and respected man - love of his country and passion for his sport.

Comments: I agree that the Prince William Cup should be renamed as the Ray Gravell Cup ,in memory of a great , combative Welsh rugby player and an even greater Welshman !! Prince William supports the England ,not Wales ,rugby team. He will be Prince of Wales in name only. His links with Wales are virtually non-existent. It was an ill-conceived idea to name the cup after him in the first place. Enwch y cwpan er serchus gof am y fyth-gofiadwy Ray Gravell ........Cymro cadarn ,heb ei ail !!! Nos da Grav ! Cysga'n dawel ! ' Rwyt ti yma o hyd !!! Safwn yn y bwlch !!

Comments: I don't want the cup to be named after William as he does not associate himself with Wales at all. He supports England at sport so why would he and we want him to be associated with this cup. It makes sense to name after someone who did as much for his country as he did for sport. Ray Gravell.

Comments: Though not a rugby fan myself I do feel that the late Ray Gravell epitomised a certain 'Welshness' that did credit to the Principality. From his appearances in rugby to television and radio and the National Eisteddfod, where he was the sword carrier, his was the voice and face of Wales to many and he was an awfully nice person too.
