Les membres soussignés, pétitionnent par la présente le Conseil Exécutif de l’ACBD/CALL afin de créer un nouveau groupe d'intérêts, en conformité avec le paragraphe 11.1 des statuts de l’ACBD/CALL:

«11.1: Un groupe d’intérêt spécial peut être créé par le conseil de direction à la suite d’une pétition en ce sens signée par au moins dix membres en règle de l’Association. La pétition doit énoncer les objectifs du groupe proposé.»

Nom du groupe proposé: Recherche et rédaction juridique (RRJ) GIP

Objectifs du groupe proposé: le groupe d’intérêts RRJ se compose d’un réseau de membres de l’ACBD/CALL avec un intérêt particulier dans l’enseignement de la recherche et de la rédaction juridique. Le groupe fournira une base pour l’amélioration des communications entre les professionnels de recherche et de rédaction juridique au Canada, et il va promouvoir le partage des informations, des idées et des outils pédagogiques.

The undersigned members hereby petition the CALL/ACBD Executive Board to create a new Special Interest Group in accordance with section 11.1 of the CALL/ACBD Bylaws:

“11.1 Special interest groups may be created by the Executive Board in response to a petition endorsed by ten or more members in good standing of the Association. The petition shall state the aims of the proposed group.”
Name of the Proposed Group: Legal Research and Writing (LRW) SIG
Aims of the Proposed Group:

The CALL/ACBD LRW SIG is a network of CALL Members with a special interest in teaching legal research and writing. The group will provide a foundation for improved communications between LRW professionals in Canada, and it will promote the sharing of information, ideas and teaching tools.
