An "Alderman at Large" is essentially a city council member. He/She serve on the board of alderman and make decisions regarding the use of city funds and create city ordinances.
However, Alderman at Large, Richard Girard doesn't do any of this. He causes trouble and conflict for other officials and residents of Manchester, New Hampshire. He is a very deceptive person.
I am asking the residents of Manchester, New Hampshire to please sign this petition asking Mr. Girard sign over his resignation. The residents of Manchester, New Hampshire does not need another corrupt back stabber in office.
