Call for Grand Valley, Ont. fireworks bylaw

We, the residence of Grand Valley, Ontario, petition the Township of East Luther/Grand Valley to create a bylaw which would restrict the sale and possession of fireworks within the Township. We want fireworks sales limited to those days leading up to Victoria Day, Canada Day and other deemed appropriate by the Township. We would like the bylaw to prohibit anyone under 19 to possess fireworks in a public area. We would like the bylaw to prohibit anyone from discharging fireworks during certain times and dates.
