Name: Charles H. Hollis on Jan 14, 2007Comments: I am uncertain about whether it is a benefit or a detriment to have a bargaining unit comprised exclusively of Administrative Law Judges (ALJs). However, I do think the concept is worthy of serious consideration and fuller exploration before rendering a final determination. Perhaps, there should be some evaluation of similarly situated ALJ positions in other jurisdictions, and examination of the relationship between the ALJs and agency advocates, including city, county, state and federal ALJ positions.Flag
