This petition is mainly for a cadet academy for TGAB. Many Cadets in TGAB are: undertrained, have literally no grammar, most of them have safe chat once they get to Private, and leave the group for some other reason about TGAB.

As I mentioned before, if we have a cadet academy, we can train them more efficiently, so that by the time they reach Private they are more trained.

We need their grammar to improve as well. Their grammar is highly underdeveloped, and this is going to cause a misunderstanding to people who, quote, "are allergic to grammarless people."

If we can do a cadet academy, our officers will be less worried about the privates who get promoted from Cadet. We can relieve the officers of working the cadet academy by making NCOs(Non-Commissioned Officers: Sergeant+) do the staging work, while the officers oversee them, but not actually do the work.

The only issue we might have with this would probably be safe chat and activity. Our activity during the weekends is low, so this might be an issue if we are to do such a program.

Mkay the list of what happens entirely during the cadet stages are up to the officers, LRs, and HCs to decide for themselves how they want the Cadet Academy stages to work.

At the end of all the stages, we should get the cadets to get into a regiment. Now, how I do it is between how I hear people explain what the regiment does: 95th does the sniping, Artillery does the bombing, 42nd are the frontliners, and CSG are guards.

After getting them into regiments, that's when they get to attend a review training: Which reviews all of the things the cadets learned during the cadet training.

Now, we shouldn't try and rush it by giving all of the stages in one day. Make it last at least a school week, or a whole week.

This petition is written by TheCakeMuffinCrew, but inspired by Private17's idea of a cadet academy.
