Name: James Lee on Aug 17, 2006Comments: Tinting, as far as I've seen, is only there for the officers safety and provides more of a handicap to the driver than can be justified by disallowing a reasonable tint level of 35% light transmission or more. These types of laws are simply there to produce revenue for the county.Flag

Name: Ryan on Aug 18, 2006Comments: The police already gains enough revenue pulling over everyone and anyone for many reasons that 90% of the time has nothing to do with crime fighting. I'm sick and tired of seeing people spend money on such a law. Have they heard about the global warming issues the planet is under I guess not... Something needs to change.Flag

Name: Jayme Seeger on Sep 4, 2006Comments: I do agree with most of this, but extreamly dark windows, Limo tint and just below it are dangerous for driving conditions. But I do think that the laws are too restrictive and are a good source of revenue for the state, and this I disagree with. Furthermore, license Private Investigators, Bounty Hunters and Car Repo, operatives, should be exempt from these laws altogether.Flag
