Supreme Court has my 12 year old LAUSD, Los Angeles Unified School District, ADMITTED-2002, "Act of Violence" Workers' Comp Case. LAUSD spends, waste $millions to win. LAUSD negligence causes death of a teacher, students injured, I'm totally disabled. 180 students sit in toxic chemicals for months. All after being sprayed in our faces with the toxic chemicals from a fire extinguisher. LAUSD refused to call the paramedics, clean up the toxic chemicals or do anything to the student that attacked my students or myself. My WCAB Judge Jerold Cohn made a medical diagnosis-not a doctor, refuses to follow Workers Comp Appeals Board Decision, changes all the facts/testimony uses Inadmissible Evidence changes all those facts, delays and loses evidence and etc. And Dr. John Stalberg, 100% Rating 2005, who hasn't examined me for 4 years accepts Judge Cohn's medical diagnosis and changes all the substantiated facts to agree with Judge Cohn's medical diagnosis. Dr. John Stalberg admits under Oath that he doesn't have the evidence for the medical diagnosis. But, he doesn't care. Thereby, Judge Cohn lowered my Rating. Denying my medical benefits and not paying me for years. Breaking the Law. They are hoping I lose my health, my home and die off.
