CA. GOV. BROWN:REQUEST TO RECONSIDER MY WORKERS' COMP "DEATH SENTENCE" NEED YOUR HELP! ALL BENEFITS DENIED! ALL SUBSTANTIATED EVIDENCE SHOWS JUDGE JEROLD COHN AND DR. JOHN STALBERG LIED TO LOWER MY 100 % MEDICAL RATING AND DENY MY BENEFITS I have lost medical care and treatment, not paid for years, losing my home, can't pay my bills or at times have money for food. This is my Horrific 12 1/2 year old LAUSD, Admitted 2002, "Act of Violence" Workers' Comp Case. Judge Jerold Cohn made a medical diagnosis and changed all the facts/testimony. Dr. John Stalberg for $16,770 changed all the facts and adopted Judge Cohn's medical diagnosis. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE LAW? The records clearly shows that my WCAB Trial Judge Jerold Cohn exceed his powers when he made a medical diagnosis-not a doctor and changed all the facts/testimony, disregarded the 4/1/2011 WC Appeals Board Decision, used Inadmissible Evidence, lost evidence and did a character assassination on me rarely seen in WC cases. AME Dr. John Stalberg changed all the facts and adopted Judge Cohn's medical diagnosis. He admitted under Oath that he didn't have the evidence for the medical diagnosis, didn't care, didn't have the records, hadn't seen me for years or interviewed me and didn't want too. Also, he stated that Judge Cohn said the worse things about me. He was paid $16,770-$700 a page for his "unsubstantiated" 11/15/2011 medical report. Dr Stalberg's 11/15/2011 Medical Report resulted in Lowering my Rating and Denying my Benefits. This has given me a "Death Sentence". I have documented Fibromyalgia-pain, exhaustion and Lung damage-hard to breathe, talk and coughing all the time. My health is deteriorating. I'm losing my home. I can't pay my bills. And at times I haven't had money for food. What happened to Justice, a case based on the substantiated evidence, Judicial Ethics, due process and the Law? What happened to an ethical judge and doctor? Dr. Stalberg in 2005 gave me 100% Rating credible and cooperative. And for a Big Payday of $16,770 changed his medical diagnosis. Corruption!!!!!
