We the undersigned oppose the Best Family Investors Wine Production Facility with Tasting Room and Planned Events proposed for the Corner of Hwy 116 and Occidental Road, North of Sebastopol. The project requires Amendments to The General Plan, zoning changes and a Use Permit. We believe this project will cause a negative impact on the surrounding Rural Residential neighborhoods and establish an irreversible precedent for all of Sonoma County.
