We the undersigned oppose the Best Family Investors Wine Production Facility with Tasting Room and Planned Events proposed for the Corner of Hwy 116 and Occidental Road, North Sebastopol . The project requires Amendments to The General Plan, zoning changes and a Use Permit. We believe this project will cause a negative impact on the surrounding Rural Residential neighborhoods and establish an irreversible precedent for all of Sonoma County Sonoma County
