Concerned Citizens For Responsible Land Use

157 Signatures Goal: 250

Concerned Citizens for Responsible Land Use is an ad hoc group of private citizens opposed to the building of a major wine production facility on a site that is too small and not zoned for such use.

What Are We Opposed To?

We are opposed to amending the General Plan and changing the zoning and land use polices for 2 parcels, which will allow the building of a winery and production facility in a rural residential area.  Learn more...

Concerned Citizens For Responsible Land Use
We the undersigned oppose the Best Family Investors Wine Production Facility with Tasting Room and Planned Events proposed for the Corner of Hwy 116 and Occidental Road, North of Sebastopol. The project requires Amendments to The General Plan, zoning changes and a Use Permit. We believe this project will cause a negative impact on the surrounding Rural Residential neighborhoods and establish an irreversible precedent for all of Sonoma County. By signing below I affirm I am a resident of Sonoma County and  18 years of age or older.
