Please express your view on this issue:: Healthcare is costly during these times. As employees we should be entitled to the same fringe benefits as C10 employees in the home office. Though we are at home agents, we work just as hard and should be entitled to medical care provided by our employer. Our health is important so that we are able to attend work and provide for our families.

Please express your view on this issue:: I feel that this would be a good benefit for us work from home agents. We should be given the same benefits and options as do the onsite agents. Along with benefits I feel we should also be given vacation days as well as sick days. Sometimes things do happen that is beyond our control for example we become ill or our children get sick. We do the same job functions as the onsite reps but yet we don't have the benefits that they have I think overall this is a great justice to work from home agents and it will help boost moral and other things with being a work from home agent. It will I'm sure make the work from home agents feel more valued. That means and says a lot. We which I can only speak for myself but I'm sure other may feel the same that we just are not valued as much or for what we put out don't get in return.
