The Framer's being honorable men, never foresaw the need for this Amendment: "The Congress shall make no law exempting its members past, present or future, nor their families, friends, acquaintances, contributors or employees, contractors or associates. Any law containing such exemptions shall be null and void unless reenacted removing such exemptions."
