The citizen's of the Byram area were hit hard (in the wallet) due to the increase in our Water/Sewer Bill. As a citizen of Byram, I do not condone this increase by the City of Jackson, Section21-1-33. If the citizens of Byram support this petition perhaps we can aid in changing the mandate.
