Cheshire East have decided to remove the funding for the bus from Stockport to Macclesfield, Stockport to Poynton, and the evening service from Macclesfield to Stockport.
This means there will be no public transport to three business Parks, and no bus from Poynton to Macclesfield at all.
There is talk of combining a 392/393 service with 391, but this would only go as far as Poynton, leaving anyone trying to get to Macclesfield stranded.
