   Comments: The place is not suited for housing so many students due to dangerous driving conditions in the winter. Since the proposed building location is high up on the hill, there will be significant traffic increase along Bunn Hill road

   Comments: There are so many reasons why such a development is ill-suited for this piece of land. They are far too numerous to express here. I can't even understand why anyone would even think that it would be appropriate land use. I hope the Zoning Board also sees the silliness of such a proposal.
