This petition is to help further educate teenagers on bullying.recently in davenport schools there is a no tolerance law. the law states that every child has a right to a safe school enviroment.lately it has come to not only attention but to others that this law isn't being forced hard enough in the public school system.Bullying shouldn't be taking lightly the childern,teachers administers and counslers need to be fully educated on what words and actions can phiscally harm someone. The bullying needs to stop now.it's time for a change.please sign this petition if u believe it's time that the davenport school system enforces the "no tolerance policy" to lightly and something needs to change.we would appreciate the signature.
