School districts and police stations work together and make a 24hour/ 7 day rule to help support victims of bulliers when off school campus from property vandalism of the victims homes, phone threats,verbal, physical and emotional abuse. Help the families and community make the bulliers take account for their actions and parents aware more of the bullier's actions. This is similar to their rules for cyber bullying. Bulliers need to be punished to the point they realize the damage they are causing to someone, in form of community work, apology letter to victim, seeing a specialist before being allowed to returned to school. The bullier should be removed from the school so the victim can feel comfortable and safe in the institution. Once done fulfilling the obligation and show some remorse, may return back to school campus if the victim is ok with it.
