As a United States Citizen and eligible to Vote I believe that Government monetary and fiscal policies can change the value of my hard earned wages and investments. I believe that the precious metals gold, silver, platinum, palladium, etc ("metals") that I can physically possess, if I so choose, to bank some or all of my savings to preserve my purchasing power and grow my savings, much in the way that bank account, CD, stocks and / or bonds are used. As such, I believe and affirm my belief that there should be no Sales or Excise Taxes on my purchases of bullion or numismatic products containing these metals, no matter how small the amount. At present many States allow Sales Tax free purchases in amounts, usually over US$1,000. The average wage in the United States is
