We need the bulletins back, right Without them you can't see when someone is online, so you have to remember ALL of your friends. Which SUCKKKS. Anyhoo, sign this petition and let's send it to YouTube to get the bulletins back :) (Let's just hope it's not just a temporary thing and this petition was for nothing!) ** NEED AT LEAST 500, YOU THINK
