    Comments: I can not believe that in todays world children are being treated worse then any animal. This needs to stop and it needs to stop NOW. All children are our future and ALL children are precious and deserve our love, protection and respect. It is absolutely harrowing that any government and government department can stand back and let this happen to these precious children. STOP IT NOW.

    Comments: Put qualified nurses and doctors in these homes and employ teachers/carers to stimulate these children. Above all feed them the correct food with all the necessary vitamins to build their bodies. Get rid of that director and employ someone who will have the children uppermost in changes to these establishments.
