Two storey buildings obstruct the view and space of the entire neighbourhood making it less livable for everyone around. Two storey buildings should only be allowed in designated zones and not in places where the majority of dwellings are single storey. Once these buildings come up everywhere, it is too late to change.

We the undersigned, request the City Of Kwinana to kindly take action along with the relevant authorities to amend housing regulations in order to -

1) Stop two storey buildings being constructed in single storey neighbourhoods.

2) Allow two storey buildings only to be constructed in designated zones allocated by the government.
