46 Signatures Goal: 100

Construction has a huge negative impact on the environment. It destroys the ozone layer, consumes energy that leads to global warming, wastes energy and creates smog and acid rain, and destroys the planet. Why not conserve natural resources while building Let\'s build green! Building green saves energy, conserve natural resources, reduces waste, improves air quality, promotes healthier living, uses recycled materials, has less impact on the environment, and saves money. Let\'s let our government know that we want our children and grandchildren to have a chance to enjoy the beautiful earth! Let\'s let our government know that we want to breathe healthier air! Let\'s let our government know that we won\'t sit there and die fast! Let\'s build green! Always! We, the undersigned, sign this petition to request that our government make building green mandatory. This petition will be presented to the Governor of Florida and eventually to the President of the United States. ** PLEASE NOTE - After you click the button below to \"SIGN PETITION\", you may see a screen asking for a donation to iPetitions.
