A budgie for Huntley

The petition

It is the mark of true humanity that we do not descend to the level of those we justly imprison. Okay, he's a heinous individual, but by denying him the avian company he so clearly craves are we not rendering ourselves as inhumane as he is? Let the man have a budgie for goodness sake, but maybe limit the size of the bird bath.
